For our warehouse events, sales are open to the public. No admission fees or admission ticket required.
For our private events, sales are via invitation only and require a registered ticket for entry.
What sizes do you carry?
We have a full range of sizes for Womens and Mens XS-XXL. Some sales may include baby and kids products.
What is the return/exchange policy?
All Sales are Final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash. No American Express.
Do you sell only samples?
No, in fact we rarely ever sell samples. We sell full size ranges of clothing for women and men of the latest fashion.
Are children allowed in the sale?
Yes, children are allowed in the sale. Strollers must be left at coat check.
Can I wear a coat and backpack in the sale?
No, jackets and backpacks are not allowed inside the sale. We offer a mandatory coat check for all jackets and backpacks free of charge.
What is your handbag policy?
All bags and handbags must be opened for a spot check by security when exiting the sale. If you choose not to have your bag searched, you can check your bag at coat check, free of charge.
